Alisoun Payne
Alisoun Payne is an independent contemporary dance artist with a black belt in Chien Lung whose teaching techniques also draw from yoga, gymnastics, and contact improvisation. Subsequent to 21 years of study w/ Constantine and 10 years of study w/ Cirque de Soleil choreographer Debra Brown, she has been involved with several film projects, multiple Vancouver BC dance companies and was a featured aerialist at the 2010 Winter Olympic Ceremonies. Constantine Darling
Constantine is 63 years young. He has been teaching Qi gong, Kung Fu, and yoga for forty years. He believes people age prematurely because of a lack of energy and the inability to know how to manage, maintain or store earth's endless supply of energy. As people age, they have a tendancy to become habitually less and less flexible and lose their grace in a creative response to life.
